Order booked on Dec. 6th and delivered On Jan 2nd. In between no updates from RAPAWALK about the order. In fact I called thrice to +91 8448440882, it connects but no body answer it, Email [email protected] is useless thing, I did not get any response for my mails. Overall Customer support service is very poor. Website doesn't get refresh based on filters. needs a lot of improvement. Need a relook at wibsite and products how you want to present to customer. Quality of product is very good. I have ordered UK13 Size which is not normal, It fitted very well. You can design a separate process to order any PLUS SIZE (over size UK 12 +).. Happy with product but not with service.
