Some products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. All such items are subject to our Remake Policy.

COLOR VARIATION NOTICE

We make every effort to display accurate images and colors. However, because our products are handcrafted in small batches and leather is sourced in lot-based procurements, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. Non-standard leather colors are often difficult to source consistently, and tanning variations are natural. These differences are considered part of the character of genuine leather goods and are not treated as defects.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any region or customer and to discontinue products at any time.

We do not warrant that product quality will fully meet your expectations.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders using the same account, same card, or same addresses. If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you at the provided contact information.

You must provide accurate, current account information for all purchases and update it as needed.

SECTION 7 – WALLET AMOUNT / STORE CREDITS

Store credits (“Wallet Amount”) may be issued in cases such as cancellations or special conditions.

• Wallet credit can be used to reduce payable amount on future orders.
• It can be combined with coupon codes unless stated otherwise.
• Wallet credits cannot be withdrawn as cash and are non-transferable.
• Wallet credits must be used only on rapawalk.com.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING, DISPATCH & SERVICEABILITY

Orders are dispatched using courier partners available and serviceable for your delivery pincode at the time of dispatch.

In certain cases:

• Delivery may be delayed if no courier partner is currently serviceable.
• Orders may be cancelled or held if the pincode becomes unserviceable by all courier options working with us.
• Customers will be notified if such a situation arises.

SECTION 9 – CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

• Free delivery is available only for Online Prepaid and Partial Paid orders.
• COD orders include a fixed delivery charge, which is added to the final bill.
• Some COD orders may not be processed due to risk factors, fraud patterns, or past customer history.
• We reserve the right to cancel or decline COD service without prior notice.

SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Your use is at your own risk.
