Can I return the shoe if I do not like it?
If your ordered pair does not fit, you may return it within 7 days in unworn condition for a remake.
Returns must include all original packaging, accessories, and documents.
Clearance Sale items are not eligible unless defective.
Rapawalk reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.

How to return a shoe?
Contact customer support at [email protected] with your reason for return.
We offer pickup where courier serviceability exists; otherwise, you may self-ship.
FAULTY RETURN
Shoes used outdoors or damaged due to improper use are considered faulty returns.
We will not ship replacements for faulty returns, and return shipping must be borne by the customer.

Refund for Returned Shoes (Updated Clause)
We do not offer refunds for personalized shoes.
Refunds are offered only if the replacement size required is not available in our production range.
- If your required replacement size is within our standard range → We remake the shoes.
- If the size is outside our production range → Refund will be processed.
Clearance Sale items are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defect. In such cases, we will remake the product or issue store credit.
